Sales Tax:
We do not charge sales tax on orders shipped outside New Jersey.
Orders shipped within NY are subject to 8.875% state sales tax.

Order Verification:
Some orders may require verification. In order to protect our customers from credit card fraud or identity theft. This process usually will not cause any delay to your order, and generally requires either a simple call-back or a fax.
If we need to verify your order, we will contact you by phone or e-mail. Therefore, please leave both day and home phone numbers when you place your order, and keep your information current.
The billing address you give us must match the address that your credit-card issuing bank has on file. Please be sure you provide the correct information, even if the items are to be shipped to a different location. This will help us process your order in the smoothest possible way.

Rebates:
We make every attempt to stay current with manufacturer rebates and rebate information on our site.
We are not responsible for late or incorrect attempts to redeem a rebate or any other reason a rebate is not redeemed or redeemable.
Please be careful to obtain, read and follow any manufacturer rebate guidelines necessary in order to receive your rebate. In order to assure that your rebate request will be honored, you may need to submit the serial number and UPC code (bar code) of your product as proof of purchase. These are located on the manufacturer's box so make sure not to discard this when unpacking your product. Please read your rebate form carefully and take note of all necessary requirements.
Important: Once a rebate has been submitted for a product and/or the UPC code is missing from the box, the item cannot be returned to us any longer. Therefore, be sure that the product is working to your satisfaction and that you intend to keep it before filing for your rebate. If you have any questions please contact our customer service department prior to removing the UPC code from your product

International Customers (Outside the continental United States):
Please note that shipping to countries outside the continental United States (this includes Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories) may cost extra. If you place an order online, a sales representative will contact you about shipping rates to your country after you place your order.

Wholesalers:
Do not sell to wholesalers purchasing more than 1 of the same item. thundercameras.com reserves the right to cancel any orders from wholesalers who purchase more than 1 of the same item.

Shipping Information:

We ship via UPS, with delivery by US Postal Service available as needed. Delivery charges are calculated based on the weight, value, and destination of your merchandise. All deliveries are double-boxed and insured for your convenience.

Delivery charges are not refundable. If an order with free shipping promotion is returned, UPS and delivery charges would be deducted from the refund amount of the return.

You will receive all FREE ground shipping orders 7-9 Days after they are processed. Free shipping is not available if you purchase more than 1 of the same items.

Please note shipping does not include the 6% insurance charge which must be added to every order. 

Shipping Carriers & Delivery Times
UPS - United Parcel Service:
Our standard shipping method within the continental USA, except Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico, is UPS, which takes about 3-7 Business days delivery from shipping date.
Other options include UPS 2 Day service, 2 Business days delivery, UPS Next Day service and 1 Business day delivery.

Shipping costs may differ for packages shipped Internationally and outside of the continental USA. thundercameras.com will contact you with the exact shipping costs after you place your order.

A signature is required for all UPS shipments upon receipt.
UPS will NOT deliver to PO Boxes (can only be shipped via US Postal Service)
Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico can only be shipped via UPS 2 Day or UPS Next Day, or via UPS 3 Day service. (Please allow up to 3 Business days for delivery.)

All rush orders (1-day and 2-day shipping) usually take 24 business hours before they are shipped.

For same day shipping, you must contact us by phone at 877-888-5390 to ensure that you product can be shipped out the same day.

Please note that ground shipping orders takes 3-5 business days to be processed.


USPS - United States Postal Service:
To all 50 states (including Puerto Rico). Please allow 7-10 days for delivery via Air Mail and 3-6 Business days for Express Mail.



Returns for: Exchanges & Refunds

Returns are accepted for 30 days from the date the merchandise is delivered to you.
All returned merchandise must be unregistered, in complete original manufacturer's packaging, same condition as sold, with all included accessories, manuals, documentation and blank warranty cards.

Please note that we do not accept returns on the following items:
Printers once ink cartridges are installed.
TVs, Projectors, Computers, Combos, and Monitors 25" and larger.
Blister-packed items once opened (unless it is defective).
Original manufacturer computers, computer products, software once opened.
Special Order merchandise that can't be returned to our suppliers.
All consumables, including but not limited to recordable media, film, digital memory, tapes, batteries, paper, chemicals, ink, bulbs, CD/DVDs, etc.

All returns are subject to a minimum restocking fee of 15% and loss of shipping, handling & insurance No Exceptions.

Please inspect your delivery carefully. Any claims for damaged or missing items must be received within two (2) business days of receipt of merchandise. UPS and USPS Claims (lost and stolen packages) can take up to 2-3 weeks.

Refunds will be issued within 10-14 Business Days from time of Return merchandise.

All returns must be accompanied by RMA #. Please call toll-free 877-888-5390 to obtain an RMA.

All returns must be received within 7 days from the date the RMA is issued. Returns received after that may not be accepted or may be subject to additional processing fee.

Thundercameras prices are determined by the cost of the product when purchased from our distributor. Due to fluctuating wholesale costs from our distributors prices may vary daily. offers the lowest current price possible. We cannot offer price protection since our distributors do not offer it to us. There will be no price adjustments given once your order has been billed. This is the only way we can ensure that we give our customers the best price possible.

- Shipping, Handling, and Insurance charges are not refundable.

 - Returns on all Audio and Video products, including Video cameras, Digital Cameras,DVD Players, Receivers, and Computer products and related accessories are accepted within thirty (30) days of receipt.

 -All returns must have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) clearly labeled on return box. Please call for RMA number prior to returning your package. Returns that are not clearly labeled with RMA number will not be accepted.

 -Refused packages are subject to loss of shipping/handling and insurance.

 -All returns must be in mint condition, with all of the following: Original manufacturer’s box, unmarked instructions and manuals, Blank warranty and/or serial number cards, Cardboard and/or Styrofoam packaging, and all other included factory accessories.

 -We cannot accept any returns on products with filled-out warranty cards or product registrations.

 -All refunds posted within 10-14 days of receipt of return.

 -All orders must be canceled by our customer service department via telephone.
